Can a guy transfer a Urinary Tract Infection to a woman when having sex?
No. However, sex can cause a UTI whether the guy has one or not. Sex pushes bacteria into both people’s urethras. Men clean them out when they orgasm because they ejaculate. Women should pee after sex to clean themselves out.

UTI’s aren’t infectious diseases. Urinary tract infections are within the bladder.

No you can not catch someone else’s UTI through intercourse. It is not like an std. Do not bother with over the counter medications, they do nothing. Seek advice from your doctor if you think you have one.
