Should I stop taking cold medication if my symptoms are urinary tract infection?

I thought I had a fever, so I took Tylenol. I didn’t get better after a day, so I started taking Vicks’ DayQuil. After I searched online, my symptons appear to be urinary tract infection. Can’t see my doctor until tomorrow. Should I stop taking the Vicks’ cold medicine? Thanks.
It shouldn’t matter.
