What might be the causes of UTI , what are the symptoms and how to cure it my husban is having burning feeling when urinating but there's no foul odor in his urine. the cause is usually not drinking enough water. and the fix: d-mannose . if it's bad, go to your doctor for antibiotics.
The urologist and primary care physician say that there may be no cure for my urinary tract infection. Help?

I am a microbiologist…there is ALWAYS a cure! It might be a really resistant organism causing the UTI, but still there is ALWAYS an option. Like the person above me…did they say WHY they think that? I will check back later as well, or you can email me.

drinking a lot of water and either drinking d-mannose or taking d-mannose pills will help with the pain and help prevent urinary tract infections, but the only way to get rid of them once you have them is by taking antibiotics which you'll have to get from a doctor.
