    It should be much better within 24 hours, if it isn’t you need a recheck. UTI’s respond very quickly to antibiotics.

    It takes 24 hours for an antibiotic to totally be circulating through your blood stream and the symptoms should subside within a few days, or sooner.

    It takes a while take some AZO from the pharmacy while you wait that should help with all the sypmtoms. UTI"s are horrible =[ goodluck!
