That depends on the germs in the person's mouth. The urinary tract is a warm, dark, moist environment which germs like but it is also highly acidic place (due to the urine) which most germs don't like. So, yes, you could but it is highly unlikely. Better to play it safe though. The human mouth is a very germy place unless you have just brushed your teeth and gargled with mouth wash. With in seven to ten minutes after brushing your teeth and gargling with mouth wash a humans mouth is just as germy as before.
References :
Yes, a urinary tract infection can be caused by oral sex, although it is more often caused by fingering and/or actual sex. Urinary tract infections are the result of bacteria being forced into the urethra (the tube you pee from) during genital stimulation of any kind (even if you are doing it yourself). Also, UTIs are far more common in women from this type of activity than men. Actually, a man getting a UTI from oral sex or otherwise is highly unlikely.

Want to know a simply way to prevent most urinary tract infections? Be sure to pee to cleanse the urethra within 10 minutes of sexual play. Yep. It's that simple!
