100% cranberry juice is the best way to go. I have had these infections before and I always drink a lot of cranberry juice. It helps flush out the infection.

I’ve always drank cranberry juice, but some people say that doesn’t work. Must be a placebo effect haha.

CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! All day, definitely. It does an excellent job of flushing out the infection. Drink plenty of water as well. Yogurt is good when you get those as well. I’m not sure about the home remedies but definitely the cranberry juice, water, and yogurt help speed up the recovery process. Hope I helped!

1: Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of luke warm water and drink it. It destroys the germs of the bladder.

There are lots of natural things you can take. Go into any Vitamin store (I would not recommend GNC) and they can help you out.
    ask for d-mannose.

    Hope that helps!
