You might be able to treat it with an over the counter pill called AZO and drink lots of cranberry juice. However, if it’s really bad you’ll need antibiotics. You could always go to the health department if you don’t have insurance. References :

They do have medication over the counter AZO I believe is the name. Drink plenty of fluids and cranberry juice.
