Yes. If you have had it for a week, it is possible for the infection to spread from your bladder to your kidneys. This could cause cramping and back pain. You need to get to a doctor asap! I know you are busy, but you never want to let an UTI go untreated. I wouldn’t wait until Monday for an appointment. I would go to an urgent care tomorrow if you can! not to freak u out but go the doctors i know people tht have died from tht if it spreads to ur kidneys
