No it is not completely neccessary for you to take antibiotics, it is neccessary for you to get rid of it though. You could clear it up using a product like cleartract, it always works for me no matter how bad the infection was.

Attention Ladies, this is Suzi, many people have been writing in asking what the stuff was that I used to clear up my UTI last week, so I wanted to put the link to this stuff here

You have a herpes outbreak and a yeast infection on top of a UTI? Yes you need a doctor and antibiotics!

Go to a GNC store or something like that, and ask the lady at the front for pain pills for it. I got this one and it is awesome. But it doesn’t make it go away! It will take the pain away though. Then to make it go away, if you caught it early enough drink TONS of water and d-mannose . NO COCKTAIL. Most likely you will have to go to the doctor for antibiotics,

You need antibiotics to cure the uti and prevent it from becoming a kidney infection.
There are OTC pain relievers for uti’s. They won’t cure it but they do take the edge off. Check in the feminine products department. I know how painful they are.
