Every time, after you have sex, get up and go pee. Bacteria can be pushed up into the urethra through the action of sex. Peeing gets rid of this bacteria. You could also try taking vitamin C or drinking cranberry juice. If it continues, maybe your partner needs to be treated along with you. References :
