It isn't really too much sex that causes them, its all teh bacteria that gets in there…so the more sex, the more bacteria. Just make sure you go to the bathroom as soon as you can afterwards. 2. do stay dry (cotton undies – if you wear them)
3. do use soap and water daily (to keep the bacteria away)

5. drink lots of fluids – keeps things from becoming stagnant
6. when you drink avoid caffiene, sodas
