Wash yourself from front to back using anti-bacterial soap, and make sure you get all of the soap off of your skin when you're done. Stay dry, and drink acidic drinks and water. It may clear up on it's own. If it is not gone in a week or so, a doctor will give you a tablet to speed the healing process, but not necessarily anti-biotics.

There are many over the counter solutions but there is probably something to help sitting in your food cupboard. Cranberry is a favourite of mine but as it can be sour I buy the raspberry with cranberry. Home made barley water is good.
