The urologist and primary care physician say that there may be no cure for my urinary tract infection. Help?

I am a microbiologist…there is ALWAYS a cure! It might be a really resistant organism causing the UTI, but still there is ALWAYS an option. Like the person above me…did they say WHY they think that? I will check back later as well, or you can email me.
