Starting today I have had to go pee several times. Way more than normal. I will go than maybe ne where form 10- 30 mins later I will feel like I really have to go agian. Unlike what I have read for symptons for a urinary tract infection there is NO pain or burning, and I pee alot like I would normally only more frequently. I havn't even drank alot today. I know I need to go to the dr but can't make it till next week so just want some opinions.
it could be either and fortunately there are over the counter tests for both. I have had UTI without pain or burning. If you have to constantly go urgently or get the sensation but can't pee and its really uncomfortable but not painful you could definitely have a UTI. Do drink lots of water. even though you will pee like crazy if you have a UTI you want to flush that stuff out of your system. You can try an OTC product called Cleartract, its a d-mannose suppliment. lastly if you get a fever nad your symptoms get worse go tot hte ER, you don't want an infection to go to your kidneys.
frequent urination is common in early pregnany but also look for signs of fatigue, sore breasts and nausea.
if you take an UTI test OTC and its positiv call your doc right away and tell them its urgent. if they refuse to get you in go to a urgent care walk in clinic or the ER.

if your urine test came out negative, then it's not a UTI. the pregnancy test would also have been done with the same urine sample.

If there are no other symptoms that you notice, it's not very likely but did you miss your period? I have been pregnant twice and that is the one symptom that waved a red flag to me. Sometimes the body does that though, when you have caffeine or alcohol or even a certain drug. It tries to wash it out of your system.

Well sometimes in the early stages of pregnancy women can develope UTI's and yeast infections. And you can also contract those infections without pregnancy. Do you have any other symptoms of pregnancy or is it just the excess peeing? I would take a hpt in the meantime of going to the doctor. I had unprotected sex and then out of now where I got a UTI. When I was at the doctor than ran a pregnanct test which came out neg. I went in to my ob/gyn for a yearly and when they did the pap smear exam, he asked me about the preg test. He ordered an ultrasound to check for pregnancy on the 22. I've taken a lot of hpt and all are neg. Some days I have symptoms and some days I don't. He told me that sometimes pregnanct hormone changes come so rapidly that your body is more acceptable to those kinds of infections. So it could be that you are pregnant. Best of luck to you

trust me i get uti's about twice a year.. they SUCK.. but usally they do hurt alot..like almost to the point of you cant walk..and you do have to pee like every 5 to 10 mins..but usally you strain and nothing comes out..if you do go in..which i would suggest if this isnt normal for you.uti's can start off this way and then hit you like a ton of bricks..but go to the doc.. ask them to do both uti test and pg.just to be on the safe side.also i noticed that if i drink pop.even a 20oz bottle i have to pee every 10 mins for 2 hours.. its your bodys way of saying i love this stuff get it out of me..so maybe if you drank something that you normaly dont.i could be causing it to.
