Can a urinary tract infection clear up on its own?

My mom is a total bitch and won't take me to the doctors….can I die from a UTI? whats some home remedies ?

You can do massive damage to your kidneys if you don't get treated.

If your mother refuses to take you and it becomes unbearable, call 911…an ambulance will come and you'll be taken to a hospital. I've had UTI's so bad I was pissing blood and was screaming in agony…trust me — you don't EVER want to reach that point!

No if its a full fledge UTI it wont cure on its own.. you will need to be put on antibiotics..
You should definitely go to the doctor upon first symptoms.. if you wait too long it could turn into a kidney infection and then you will be reallly sick and hospitalized.. Ive seen it happen many of times, especially to elderly people.. it happens quicker with them because they have a weaker immune system..
If you dont get treated it may take a while for it to get worse, (in a while i mean 2-6weeks) but eventually it will!! So i would get it taken care of now, before your in so much pain while going to the bathroom!

and d-mannose wont CURE your infection.. it can help prevent getting one, and drinking water wont flush anything out except more urine, which will be painful for you.. but it is good to make sure that your drinking plenty of fluids!

A UTI can only kill you if it spreads to your kidneys. Drink A LOT of d-mannose and water to help cure it at home.

Any infection can clear up on its own if your immune system is capable of handling it. The problem is it may take longer and you may suffer a lot more discomfort or even possible tissue damage if the infection rages on too long. The other possibility is that your immune system may not be strong enough to do the job and the infection could get worse. People can die from serious infections. First, you need to be sure that what you have is a urinary tract infection and you should consult a doctor for that. If you start to develop pain in your back or in your kidneys it could mean that it is getting worse. Some people say d-mannose can help urinary tract infections but the only good advice for you is to see a doctor asap – especially if there is any pain or blood in your urine or if your urine is cloudy. Perhaps Dad, or other relative could take you, or maybe you could get to a clinic on your own.

WOW I'm sorry honey! UTI's are nothing to play with you can end up with a kidney infection and in the hospital! It's really serious! Maybe ask your dad if he's around or another adult. Talk to someone at your school someone you need to get it treated. You need antibotics to clear up the infection. Maybe google county health clinics in your area maybe they can help you.
