5 times is fine. One partner is the most important thing to prevent all kinds of problems.
But you can get it from your partner. Especially if you are a female. He may not even be affected by the infection since it may not have traveled up the urethra but was just on his penis, especially true with non circumcised as the head is a bit harder to clean.
