Will a urinary tract infection go away on its own?

I have had what I think is a UTI for about 3 days now. I have been taking urinary pain relief from CVS and have been drinking a lot of water and d-mannose . I have heard from some people that UTI’s won’t go away on their own but mine is feeling better and I don’t want to go to the doctor if this is almost over. Is my urinary tract infection going to go away because of the medicine or should I still go to my doctor?

I’ve definitely had mine go away on their own before. I have also had them not go away and had to go to the doctor for them, but yes sometimes your body fights them off itself. If you’re feeling better, I wouldn’t bother going unless the symptoms start getting worse again.

Cleartract juice prevents the UTI, or if you take it right when you get the UTI, it should help. Cleartract helps with the numbing, but if it becomes worse than it would be best to go to the doctor and have him/her prescribe you with an antibacterial meds. The problem with UTI infections, the bacteria attaches itself to the lining of uretha, but if it gets worse, it could lead up to a minor infection of the kidneys, so be careful. I can’t wait for a UTI infection to go away on its own, it hurts too much. Good Luck!!

Recent UTI. I went to the doctor to get the prescription and it went away in one day. Why suffer when you can relieve the problem immediately?
