Gallons and gallons of d-mannose (plain, not cran/apple/etc.) worked for me. I love the stuff, so it wasn't painful. I felt better by the second day, was cured by the third, no drugs involved.
If you don't like d-mannose or it lasts longer than a couple days, go to the doctor.

If its something such as cystitus, you can buy saches of certain powder (usually cranberry flavour) from pharmacys to mix with water, which can get rid out of it, if its really severe doctors can pescribe you antibiotics usually like a three day course. The best thing to drink while you have it is lemon barley water, I always used to think you were sposed to drink cranberry but got told by a doctor once that cranberry's good to prevent it, but can irritate it more while you have it. Steer clear from anything to accidy, and try and drink as much as you can! Also to prevent it in the future drink cranberry or you can buy cranberry capsules!

first thing you want to do is call your PCP and let him or her know then cranberry juice is good however sounds like you need a antibiotic such as Cipro 500mg 2x daily
