take 3 pills a day … take 3 pills a day for maintenance and take 3 right every time after sex…I have not had an infection since I have started using them…good luck to you and I hope you have as good of luck as me…

It is continuous … It is continuous color not colorstay….they have made it for years…I just hope they never discontinue it otherwise I will be screwed……You can find it on the covergirl website if you want to check it out……
