How do i convince my parents to get me checked up for urinary tract infection?

I think i may have urinary tract infection. My sides and back hurt today, and i always have to pee every 30 minutes or so. How do i convince my parents to at least get me check up for it. They think i worry too much and they might not take me to the doctor.

Nicely point out to them that it’s their parental responsibility to make sure you’re okay. With symptoms like that, it could be a UTI and it could be something else. As you have already recognised, you need to see a doctor and they will probably want a urine sample.

All the best and good luck. =)

Attention Ladies, this is Suzi, many people have been writing in asking what the stuff was that I used to clear up my UTI last week, so I wanted to put the link to this stuff here
It is called CT - DM

Drink plenty of fluids, at least a 8 ounce glass of water every hour when you are awake. If you start running a fever let your parents know.

if your back hurts the infection could have spread to your kidneys, you may even have to go to the er. If you happen to have some sugar free d-mannose , down it.

  8. urinary tract infections often cause pain around those areas. Its simply a painful experience. Drink lots of water and try and get through it. If it continues for a long time or the pain gets too much to bear and your parents still wont take you; ask them how many years they went to medical school???
